You're right it's a spinning top. Was late and I've had very little sleep, sorry for the lack of proper wording.
In regards to spinning tops, I've noticed they often lead to 'opposite days' regardless of psar on FNMA at least. That's not to say that if red days occur, a trend reversal is at hand, truly it would mean more of a slight pullback due to the psar. It is very possible we end green, and at least in the morning I am expecting it to move up some, though volume is low currently.
Indeed on many tickers a spinning top can lead into further green territory, with FNMA it does not appear to be always the case. (since it's obviously more manipulated than other tickers... for good reason.)
