they will only know the addresses of the s/hs that hold the shares themselves imo. the ones through the broker they will send to the broker & the broker will resend to those s/hs I believe.

never had to worry about it before & I still aint gonna worry now.

PVEC can obtain a NOBO (Non-Objecting Beneficial Owner) list from its transfer agent which will have the addresses on record with the brokerage accounts of everyone who has not specifically not objected to having such information made available.
