Like I said I can see when things are and are not pending and in certain situations you have to use your brain and common sense....They cannot and would not be filing anything that is negative as a brand new "takeover" so HELLLLLOOOOOOOO IMO IT A SMART COMPANY TAKING THE RIGHT STEPS....
