If you got that verbatim from NTEK, there are two observations: (1)that is further evidence to you that NTEK is a scam, and (2) the idiots at NTEK who wrote that and sent it to you are engaging in stock manipulation, insider tipping (re: "major news coming"), and have put in print yet another self-incriminating statement that will be used against them by both SEC/DOJ and shareholder lawsuits.

Yeah...that sounds good. I hope they blow everyone's socks off who attends. My guess is that a good many people who do show up for the meeting will already be 'all in' for the most part, especially at these prices.
Would be real nice if whatever they expect to produce for the shareholders at the shareholders meeting were the icing on the cake to news and events that makes things pop, well before then.
