Not sure where you heard about "new regulations" but it will take effect on April 1, 2015 for PMCM seeing as their FYE is Dec 31.

Suggest doing your own DD... a lot of the stuff on this board is pumping, bashing, or just delusional dreams.......better off to figure it out through your own research. IMO

PMCM is SEC filing, and audited, so you can see it all in their filings.
