CHP, what are your thoughts on Scrips not launching RapiMed in the US?

Isn't it strange that Scrips is attempting to launch their product overseas before launching in the US? Wouldn't most companies seek to launch their product in their home market first? The success of RapiMeds in the US would only help the marketing and success of RapiMeds in foreign markets and additionally increase the value of the RapiMed license.

The US is the largest pharmaceutical and OTC market on earth. Why not launch here????
