I don't know where people are getting this idea. It needed to close above .01 before May 1 or it would have been delisted to the pink sheets from otcqb. Well, it was late for it's 10-k filing and has ALREADY BEEN DELISTED to OTC pink. Doesn't this mean the May 1 deadline is meaningless now?
