Does it really matter?
Luther, Vaskar? Ticker is
halted and out of $$$ till trading resumes.
Vaskar still listed as owner of this company
on articles of incorporation.

Almost none of the PR's ever came to execution,
which is exactly what the SEC said it was reviewing
on ALL MJ sector stocks. This halt might actually be
a "good thing". Maybe SEC will skip over this ticker
and it will resume next month sometime.
