i am not up on the latest... but the tide is changing. there is renewed action to revisit the law to legalize like wa and co and i also believe there's pending talk on the mmj side.

some think it will be 5 to 10 years down the road.

No way will it be legal in TX. Yet another perk to my relocation to Colorado ;)

Texas is way way conservative... I think they'd be one of the last states to legalize it in any capacity...
