I'm not sure... by the looks of it, something or someone is being paid here. To me that's a great thing.

Clear the shell of everything... See what you have left over for investing in expansion and growth. "We" the investor "are" paying for that... But not without any possibility of return. They have substantial growth possibilities that everyone buying here sees.

They already have a revenue base, product line... And marketing for that matter. The patents alone are greatest asset!

We're rolling here.

This is a bit further on than just a developmental company...
