Think about it this way. They purchased a great storefront with a great location for their business. Doesn't matter what's inside the storefront, it's all about the location (the shell)


It was a relatively clean shell which is why APt chose FROZ

Hi RickNagra, To answer your question the value of the FROZ shell to APT is that APT has slipped into the FROZ shell presumably for less money and time than it would take APT to become a public entity from scratch.
While FROZ may have only $71 in the bank, its value lay in the fact it is an existing public company, having already gone through the laborious and expensive process of becoming one.
Don't let folks discourage you, Rick- we all started with very little knowledge. We learnt along the way as you are doing now.
