The company just became sec current by providing
their 2013 annual filings.
FSPM is suffering because of it's minor
Partnership with PHOT.
Just like VAPE is.

And weak hands are letting go because
they can't get their news fix.
Remember this is a low float stock.

This has nothing to do with FSPM fundamentally.
