They tested their product in Europe with good results............9-10% reduced emissions and greater milage for trucks.
They had trouble conforming to US requirements........then, I believe, ran out of money.
If they have updated their technology to conform to US requirements and received an infusion of money there is no telling where this could go.
Stock accumulation has been going on for a while now. Witness the last major spike to .006 on fifteen million shares. Before that there was another wiggle where someone came in and bought a chunk of stock, then walked away.
Stock is very thin here and primed for a break out. Depending on the news will depend on how high the stock goes. Five years ago after it came to market it got as high as $1.30.
