There are issued and outstanding 121,467,727 shares of common stock as of December 16, 2013.
727,730,261 shares of the common stock currently issued and outstanding as of March 26, 2014.
Most likely the OS is close to 1 billion or a little higher now, From above and on share dumping since March 26th, I don't know if it is conversion or Robber himself is issuing and some MM's like CHDN, VERT, ... sell it into the market, Asher, Magna and Iconic must be up to a min. of 90 mil each, as far as Robber Landau selling shares to pay his bills, there is no limit but up to 10 billion authorized, total, at this rate OS will be in billions and another RS in the horizon
