ELRA is onto something... give them time to deploy. Horse Racing is actually a huge thing is Hong Kong... a small slice of the pie could mean a lot.

The virtual exchange also has a lot of potential with access to 100 million players.

If executed right, ELRA's business plan could very well work out.
