Oh, I forgot about that minor detail...lol. Then you have Redwoods cut. When it all trickles down and ECOB stands there with there hand out it might be hard to buy an icecream cone with it. Yowza

ssshhhhhhhhhhhh, don't remind people, be positive...I think those lenders already took a zillion free trading shares...have to ask LV as he usually knows the convertible conversions to discounted common stock.

Ah but you're missing the key reporting elements and how those will fit inside of the balance sheets.. Juxtaposition and ignorant to understanding the books will not see or realize.

The ConMan has been doing this for years..

Is normal feather is reporting 'blah, blah, blah INCOME!,, but not showing it's only at that margin because he adds in the lumber that he coated, pretending it's actually part of the income/sales. I.E. if he bought a 2x4 for 2 bucks, and painted it, and resold for 2.75, he will claim the whole 2.75 as sales income.. while reality is,, the sale was 75 cents. minus labor, rent, storage, transportation, etc. and paint. inflating the "Income" by three time reality. lucky if he actually made 5 cents , seriously!

The fact is, this is a painting plant,, not a wood distributor as he'd attempt to fool people into thinking. The only or main sales are paint-eco red-paint!!

That 500k, if it's paid back in next report, will slide into income, top shelf. Conman will claim an increase of income.. all the while later in the balance it's zeroed out..

etc.

Also the 6.7 million ConMan ripped off from MRL,, that'll report quite nicely. debt write out of more than 10 million. it'll become a virtual income too. If you can rip off somebody for 6.7 million bucks, it's an income.

what the CEO ConMan preys on is ignorance in understanding the books, and shuffling around BS into something positive.

That's why he never tells anybody what the actual profit margin is!!

If he did so,, His Conman Convertible scam lenders wouldn't play the game too.
