ON the 04/17/14 offering? How do you know and how much is it?

No one but Briefcase Man knows until it's scanned by the SEC for all to see....regardless, it's obvious the second tranche is being sold.

By the way, I heard back from the SEC today. I'd written to the examiner who handled the review of the last 1-A. He referred my email to the media department; I'd said I wrote a story about STBV. This was what they said:

Make of that what you will. I asked a number of questions, and made some comments. But I really don't see why they can't tell me when those documents will be scanned. Is that Top Secret Non-Public Information?
