Bet the 04/17/2014 Reg A is for .00001 @ 200 Billion. He has probably raised the authorized shares to 300+ Billion.

Maybe..but I'm leaning toward Andy staying within the 100B A/S, and the $2M he had left of the total $5M for this year...meaning it's probably another 30B to 70B. Funny how we all have gotten use to 10's of BILLIONS of shares in a stock!! LOL

If AF could...he'd sell $10M worth of Reg 1-A's!! LOL I'm going to start referring to him as "Briefcase man"...LOL
