They are about raising money and very high risk,scam is not really the word I would use,rather a bunch of clueless people who think public funding is a great idea! The people who make the real money are people like me, who know what to look for,so calling the company scam is a harsh word, us big money peeps give them a chance, once we see no progress we bale! Then the CEO panics and does an RS! That is what really happens imo!
