Can a RS be completed by the end of the month? If not, it is irrelevant. There is no point if it doesn't put our share price over .01 by 4/30.

don't think so, cause they would have to announce the RS and the SP would go down to the trips very fast after announcement of RS, so they would need at least a 1:10 RS and we would be toast. IMO the dumbest thing a company like SNEY could do is a RS. RS is a red flag for every company like SNEY and I hope they know that. Better go back to the pinks, cause an RS here stinks...
