Right - but I'm wondering - wouldn't that $1m already be priced into the PPS? Or do you mean once the deal is done, and NEXT time ILIV reports income, it'll be higher which will THEN jump the PPS?

1 million in revenue would value the company at .000769 due to the amount of shares currently out. We don't really know what Dr. Larry has been able to do yet sales wise. I still think it will get past a penny after venturian closes however the true value is essentially nothing due to the amount of shares out. Also not sure what the asset value of venturian is and our other current values of mind 360 and dr larry.
