you guys need to recheck some items. the O/S is now a whopping 2.5B and the Carey's continue to pay themelves a salary of $75,000 each by giving themselves stock in that amount at .0002. that is criminal.
i don't think they are going to be over .01 by May 1st, and thus, they are planning on falling to pinksheets so they can continue to be criminal.

they restated their 10k. only had 39K gross profit in 2013 and $700,000 in G&A.
the add dollars coming in are tiny compared to what they suggested in PR.
3.5M pageviews in Q4 got them only 30k revenue, they would need 100M page views to get $700,000 just to break even.
unless someone steps up and finances them for $10M or so, so they can expand into 50 cities or so and deploy and app, this will sink to nothing because the O/S will go up by billions each quarter from here on out.
its sad because what they did has gone viral, yet they can't capitalize on it. I have a feeling they can't get financing because as soon as people look a their books and see all the stock they hand themselves at .0002 they just walk away.
