As posted previously, since BO LINTON was claiming to have completed the GDTK SHARE EXCHANGE back in DECEMBER, but no one was receiving any of the KGET shares by EARLY MARCH, I contacted the SEC, via email, inquiring as to the status of the transaction. Due to having to do some background investigation, it took the SEC about 3 weeks to call and assure me the inquiry was being pursued. I explained my thoughts re: CEO's REPEATEDLY being ENRICHED, while watching SHAREHOLDERS BLOWING IN THE WIND. Apparently, the 17 shares for 1 to acquire a DE-LISTED COMPANY, all done by the same former and now present CEO, also seemed to raise the RED FLAG! It came as no surprise, the person from the SEC indicated she was forwarding the file on to her supervisor for review and a decision as to forwarding it to the SEC regulatory staff for further investigation.

I'd be interested to hear the answer to your question - with no evidence forthcoming I for one will consider it pure speculation
