If HPNN is dumping shares then Michaels has once again breached his fiduciary obligations by selling stock over and above the amount authorized, which has been maxed out for quite some time. There has not been any new filings to increase the amount of shares authorized. I believe people are, and have been converting all the preferred shares to common, selling them and flooding the market with them.
