They have 1 manufacturer at one plant. It would have taken a couple hours to check and would have saved them millions of dollars but they never bothered. One would think they would check their own product before it's shipped. The funniest thing is that they knew as early as September there was a problem but never bothered actually inspecting the plant until January when they finally discovered PLN never had the capability to properly seal the bottles. They shipped 5 pallets to Australia in September and those were defective so what did they do? They just went ahead and shipped another 5 pallets in November and never bothered checking those either. And guess what, those were defective too. That's hilarious. And you wonder why this is a 2 cent stock with zero sales? That lawsuit quite clearly shows why. HJOE's management is even more incompetent than I thought.
