One thing is I would disagree with your saying, "No one is disputing the federal right to the 79.9% they got in 08."

Clearly there are many on this board who do dispute it, whether you might think they are reasonable or not.

But re thee third amendment, I agree with you, in my eyes clearly illegal, both as a taking and as an action by the conservator in opposition to the conservator's duty.
