Only HC can provide a license. Only the town can provide local approvals. You cannot have one without the other to operate.

Exciting times for investors, all that remains is HC approval and the posting of the notice by the company in the area around the facility.

I may be wrong but someone mentioned the vault is 4000 sq ft? Is that correct?
