New Listing Criteria for The Marijuana Index (Effective April 16, 2014)
Demonstrated business interests within the marijuana, medical marijuana, hemp, or cannabis industry, either through revenue, management, customers, products, services, or publicly-announced business plans or stated intentions
Market cap of at least $1.0m USD
Must be a Public equity listed on the OTC, OTCBB, TSX, TSX-V, NASDAQ, AMEX
Minimum bid price of $0.01 as of the close of business for each of the previous 30 calendar days
No pending SEC / FINRA litigation
Companies are continually reviewed for possible inclusion and exclusion from the index based upon these or other factors which may be changed or altered at the sole discretion of The Marijuana Index. Changes are made to the index at the end of every yearly quarter at a minimum, but may occur more often. Listing Criteria for inclusion or removal from The Marijuana Index may change without notice.
