Yes, have you read their filings and the court proceedings from last year? They wouldn't waste money in court systems and attorney fees if they were running a scam. The last company owners sold all the reserve common shares then bailed leaving new owners with no way to generate capital, so they sought private investors and are climbing their way back at of that hole. It's not overnight but it's happening.

You are right they finally are going to do it!

I think they will finally screw shareholder by filing for bankruptcy once they squeeze every once of hope out of this.
