I was looking throgh the MJ Index, and I saw that there are actually no stocks trading below a penny listed. That probably has more to do with LATF's omission than anything else. This index is more of a S&P 500 type list of MJ sector stocks, to make a comparison.

Marijuana Index doesn't list stocks trading under .01

And as soon as LATF started consistently trading under .01 they were removed.
