No need to go to your BS URL Link. I get my information from the town of Lakeshore.... when Lakeshore tells me Yes they are approved to Grow and operate... I will know its fact.
I DO NOT pay any attention when Bill Chaaban or Jim Shaaban. Say that all is well. I get my information for the authority in charge.. NOT the would be applicant.
The fact is The Town says.... NO... there ARE issues with zoning that must be addressed.... and have yet to be addressed.. So.. Simple... No Municipal Approval to operate.... means no Health Canada License.... They have a lot more work to do before counting those chickens.
