I'm breaking my silence for one quick note. A poster gave a link this morning regarding chineese being uncooperative. Since it is well known the the prc and sec made some movement this past summer, why would this poster copy in something from January 2013? But in all fairness, you should validate this yourselves and post if you see otherwise or agree. David
