Hangover Joe's counter sued I cannot believe these idiots and PLN even attempted to sue Hangover Joe's its obvious why they didn't pay them 60K. Hangover Joe's has one of the best law firms in Atlanta and they moved it to Federal court. My buddy who is a top shelf lawyer read it and told me that PLN best settle now Hangover Joe's has them charged under the Federal Rico act for Fraud and all kinds of things. Jaynes is a lawyer and he documented everything for 2 years PLN did to hurt the company. Hangover Joe's damages run into the millions and millions and its a slam dunk of a case. I have a copy printed now on my desk. It's really unreal and explain what really went on with this company that huge serge and why they couldn't refill orders was not Hangover Joe's fault. The mess up of Australia alone is millions in that market. I expect as my lawyer said they now have forensic accountants and economist working on this and the damage to the Warner brand is also in there its Millions folks. Hangover Joe's will be self funding very soon. Heck they might end up owning PLN before this one is over. The damages are unreal and the company should be given an award like my lawyer buddy said for surviving this its amazing they survived and shows what these guys are made of etc. But a huge pay day is coming. Also Rico is 3 times damages in Federal Court. They sued the company and all the owners individually etc. That law firm they have also has now taken on TCA and that why you see the stay in that case. Its going to be a massive settlement.
