Test isnt costing them a thing but man hours..Thats it,, equipment has been donated and the rest is the military.If you have been in the military.. You know one very hard core fact to it..THAT IS HURRY UP AND WAIT..The day this ws announced you all jumped in blindly..It isnt a contract nor a promise of one It isd just more of the same ...TESTING ,,AND THIS HAS BEEN TESTED TO DEATH
