Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On February 10, 2014, the Board of Directors of Seafarer Exploration Corp. under the authority granted under Article V of the Articles of Incorporation, defined and created a new preferred series of shares from the 50,000,000 authorized preferred shares from the authorized preferred shares. Pursuant to Article V, the Board of Directors has the power to designate such shares and all powers and matters concerning such shares. Such share class shall be designated Preferred Class B. The preferred class was created for 60 Preferred Class B shares. Such shares each have a voting power equal to one percent of the outstanding shares issued at the time of any vote action as necessary for share votes under Florida law, with or without a shareholder meeting.

The annual report was one of the worst I have seen. I wondered why it wasn't in news section with other news

interesting how its touted to be a very good thing,permit coming etc...and that this treasure has billion $$$$ worth...where is the pr stating so? surley heartland knows if it is,why do the touters say it is yet sfrx hasent nor has heartland?? could it be a lie and that its touted as a billion $$$ wreck? if it was both companies would have moved on this right away with all the supposed discovery that's there...they wouldn't even think of a n.d.a. imho one dosent exist as kk would want to sell shares to fund and get the pps higher,but nooo...he increased the a/s several times and got a bucket of rusty bolts in return,before it was revealed what it was on sfrx websire...it was touted as being possible treasure find!! should have seen the hoopla,they the bolts was revealed...so here we are,nothing but their hopes of a 3rd permit is what this company is banking on...all or nothing,a possible bust,they will raise it again imho if they go to sea soon,kk is smart enough to see it that's why he quit lantana,the wreck wasn't in their permit site and juno beach was picked clean! so...any reasonable investor would avoid pennys like this that are about broke without a pot to wiz in...but hey...todays the day!!
