That makes perfect sense.. I know that they get to "convert" at a price well below retail, something about x% of the lowest price over the past X days... right

I guess it also makes sense that rather than trying to get their shares sold off and hoping they can do it without crashing the thing, why not let the pros handle it they're thinking ... so they sell to MMs at a discount then, probably somewhere between their discounted price and retail?

And the MMs then go out there and carefully dose the poison

Basically instead of shooting investors brains to pieces with a .454 casull, they are giving them a tiny bit of metal in their coffee every morning

Like that lady on the television program who slowly poisoned her husband... The food was good tasting, but good, that food was NOT
