And...another reason for moving his BS shell Companies Incorporation to Wyoming is UNLIMITED DILUTION. If Fast Eddie wanted to add another 12 BILLION to the latest AS of 12 BILLION he could do it in a heartbeat,ZERO laws prohibiting that MASSIVE DILUTION if Incorporated in Wyoming. That alone should be yet another HUGE RED FLAG to stay away from anything he touches.
