I fully agree. No promo here as there are no shares to dump. Mike doesn't operate that way. Once this gets off the pinks, those 45m shares that were issued over a year ago will be tradable if the holders decide to sell, but most of the other shares will remain restricted or control shares.

Now, freedom holdings may decide to pay for a promo once their shares are liquid, but that's their choice, and would be independent of the company. Of course, if they sell, don't they have to file since they hold more than 5%?

Looking forward to this getting off the ground one of these days...
