If you look at the structure below... I have them at 32,727,273 but still cannot account for the 43,668,886. Could it be that they belong to Tangiers? Well if we added the 32,727,273 + 68,047,192 we end up over the O/S of 3,909,937,651.
The confusing part is the 68,047,192 from the SC 13G and the issued of 32,727,273 from the 8-K: 4/16/14. What I don't know is if there were any of the 68 sold off or converted into promissory notes between those dates.
No matter what, I believe the Tangiers is being taken care of this week.
