You may be right. However, if the merged AEGY/SKTO entity wants to be a "World Class Company" they should consider what the top companies in the world like Gare doing.
To be clear, I am looking for AEGY/SKTO to succeed; however, once they get through this merger they need to step it up a notch or two. IMO
