There is no press release for this sg13 , not sure what you are talking about.
This filing just took place because frost converted the remaining series D shares (260k shares after conversion I believe ) and that amount put him over the 5% mark.
Not sure there is anything more to discuss or any other shares diluted since then. Simple as it gets Frost owns 7% of the company and it's going to run tomorrow.
I highly doubt this is an elaborate scam at this point, this stock will not tolerate any more BS than management has already put retail through in the past.
