Sorry don't agree with you. No one on that board should be selling at this point.
If he is that strapped for money, I am sure that someone on that board would float him a loan for a measely $15,000.Better watch the insiders very closely..

If a board member is really strapped for that amount of cash, would you really want him on your board giving company guidance?
