I have confirmation from three different sources that McHenry is out in terms of calling the shots. He will remain as CEO however he has turned over thru a contract control in terms of decision making. It makes sense based on his no longer communicating and also makes sense in terms of his inability to get things done.

I was never supportive of him even if he is a RIT grad. Personally I think he's smart but incompetent as a business leader.

I also confirmed that the person calling the shots is someone we will know when it's announced. It appears the new guy is from a current Fortune 500 co. Most likely from one of the new partners in this conglomerate

Thanks for the update. This only affirms my "DD" from 3 years ago on DUTV and I was not "Introduced". That is exactly why I have stayed true to course....don't loose sight of there are 3 "North's" Magnetic North, Grid North and "TRUE NORTH" .

I just got off the phone with McHenry, and he said audited financials as soon as 2020, but could take until 2030.

He also said DUTV would definitely uplist to the NASDAQ by 2050. lol

Sorry for not posting this sooner have been very busy. I spoke to Mr McHenry early yesterday morning. He said they need one more signature on a CONTRACT and expects to file AUDITTED financials Friday. Monday the latest. Blast off.

I assume you are quite upset that Garry was not truthful in his update to you since he told you this about 7 weeks ago and you are still waiting for audited financials and any signed contract.

I tried to call McHenry to get an update, but could not reach him.
