Be sure you separate FLUFF from information. Valued information is plans, execution, measurable results and numbers. Chatter of BOD's is really meaningless....CFO...a bit of a stretch having that title with a company just going through a 5000/1 R/S and a 1.5 loss. It sounds to me like its more of a accountant/controller. I personally reserve that title for a person who has earned a title and put into a work environment and company that is worthy of having one. Prestige in a pinky by giving him a CFO title just funny and highly strange. Like going into a bank...everyone's a VP. Titles are fluff. Your only as good as the decisions you made yesterday. Remember gregs reputation that was all hyped when he took over as CEO? How has that all worked out so far...I mean after the R/S...the last fins....the terrific salary structure for a yet to emerge company?
