I will have to check with Mike to be certain but I think Dr Murphy has connections to get this type of consulting work for BHRT. Also, NorthStar may be covering this as well. So many opportunities and avenues BHRT has to get this completed. However, we will need to be certain before we come to 100% conclusions.
It is a business decision that does occur. My only known example actually did not work out. However the consultant is still in business and considers it a risk well taken. Much the same as BHRT management likely feels. Once again BHRT management are all quite capable of doing something else but choose to continue their efforts here at this point.
