TSMC is already ready to do 16nm 3D or otherwise.

Why stop there? Why not just release 7nm already and leapfrog Intel. They obviously have it finished and packaged in a nice, neat little box, with a colorful little bow on Mr. Morris Chang's desk.

May I ask why do you listen to those folks? Do not listen to anyone. Do your own analysis.

Do you really think they'll do 16nm, and waste all the money and development they did on 20nm? If that's true, and you think Intel will be at a significant disadvantage, perhaps its time to start selling intc stock.

If not, then you think they have a chance, and even grow, you'll keep it in. Really that simple.
