The 10-Q does not mention size. However, I will dig to the bottom of it. The Mexican land clerks claimed uspr had absolutely no land rights in any way,shape or form, with the Country of Mexico or its Government.

But, it is good to see, you agree, uspr is selling shares for something they do not have.

You say this like it's a good thing. The reality is USPR made a deal with individuals for the use of some land those individuals did not own. So how is that a good thing because it's only a small piece of land USPR has?

The fact is USPR's management, lawyers and Mexican jv partners were not smart enough to realize they were giving stock, and making future payment arrangement with people that didn't own the land USPR was gonna use.

The Mexican equivalent of me selling you the Brooklyn Bridge.
