Likely someone wanting out, got a little frustrated in the time it was taking. So they chanced a wildcard with a Market order. Some trader had a stink bid out, and by chance alone, it hit the wildcard. When the PPS returns to 004, they sell, and make close to a couple $K. No doubt a post will go up by someone that they bought those cheap 004 shares.

No additional trades. No need to change anything. Last prior Ask was 004? The "gang" needs to submit some volume bids at 004. It will change.
