I am talking about otcqb/pink exchanges - tier one is nasdaq or NYSE (for example)

Level 3 are level 2 are very similar in nature except level 3 allows for proprietary software and mods that see trading action in more detail


For this reason level 3 is inaccessible to retail traders, not just cause it's against regulations but also cause it's very expensive to maintain
