Not the same. We know for a fact PHOT will never up-list, it will trade on the greys forever. This is easily based on the overwhelming precedent already set.

Just as folks including myself can assert that PHOT PPS will plummet starting 4/25. Again, it's based on the overwhelming historic evidence readily available for those that truly want to know...

Thanks Kristi. I am going to wait and see cause really that's all anyone can do right now. I mean I can make any prediction I like such as, PHOT is being uplisted and will open at $10 a share! Doesn't make it true. I will wait till they open and it will be a "game time decision".
